Frame and Forks

We offer a 5-year warranty against material and workmanship defects starting from the original date of purchase for the initial owner. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.

Components

All other components are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a duration of one (1) year from the original purchase date. It's important to mention that normal wear and tear, as well as maintenance items such as tires and brake pads, are not covered by this warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos or videos showing the problem.
2. Email the pictures or videos with your order number to info@bikybike.com to make a warranty claim. This helps our team figure out the problem and decide what to do next.
